In the early years, there was just Lefty’s Diner. A small, family-run spot where Mom, Seth, Westin, Garet, and Kyle spent countless hours—flipping pancakes, washing dishes, and learning the ins and outs of running a business. It was there that that Kyle and Westin discovered the heart of hospitality: the joy of serving others and the bond food can create.

 

As they grew older, Westin and Kyle decided to take what they had learned and build something of their own. With their step-dad, Curt, a dedicated farmer who believed in the power of family, and Mom, the foundation of it all, they opened Beachy’s an inviting place that celebrated food, family, and love.

 

What started with one restaurant has now grown into a thriving family of five, with another one on the way. Each restaurant is more than just a place to eat; it’s a place where people come together, make memories, and feel at home.

 

The mission has always remained the same:

to serve food with love, to connect people, and to create spaces where everyone is treated like family.

 

When love is the main ingredient, everything else falls into place.
